Price for accommodation is 114 EUR per person per day (VAT included) in a shared chalet (2 bedrooms) for 3 people (456 EUR / 4 nights included VAT).
Acommodation in shared schalet (2 bedrooms) for two people is 138 EUR per person per day (VAT included), 552 EUR / 4 nights. Price for single room is 193 EUR per person per night (incl. VAT). You will be contacted by Gemma Hesketh from Res2000 to complete your reservation. Room arrangements will be suggested and notified two weeks before the event.
If you do not want to share the room, please contact her directly gemma.hesketh@res2000.co.uk. The accommodation is pre-paid & non refundable in the event of cancellation. The prepayment must be done 1 month before the start of the event. Payment will be done directly to the hotel by credit card.
DELEGATE PACKAGE FOR 5 DAYS 12 – 16 NOVEMBER 2018
Delegate package which includes catering, room hire and access to gym, sauna, swimming pool and indoor games is 132 EUR/day, 660 EUR per 5 days (incl.VAT).
Cancellation policy: you can cancel your accommodation and delegate package prior 1 month before the event (by 16 October), by contacting us at bh2018paris@elixir-europe.org. In case of no show or after the free cancellation period the invoice will be transferred to you and you will be responsible for payment.

The two nearest train stations from the venue are Ponthierry Pringy and Gare de Melun.
To get to the Ponthierry Pringy railway station from Gare du Nord please take RER D. It is 5 min from the venue by taxi. Walking is not recommended as there is no walking path to the venue.
To get to the Gare de Melun railway station from Gare du Nord please take RER D. It is 20 min from the venue by taxi. Other train services also possible for this station are R TER and Transilien R.

By plane
Les Berges de Seine is only 30 minutes from Orly airport and 55 minutes from Roissy Charles de Gaulle airport.
